Augustine "Auggie" Valencia Jr., 53 of Plainview, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10 o' clock in the morning on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Trinity Life Church with Pastor Steve Martinez officiating. Interment will follow at Plainview Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Augustine was born on March 17, 1965 to Augustine Sr. and Alicia Valencia in San Angelo, TX. On January 21, 1982, Auggie married the love of his life, Idalia Gaitan in Del Rio, TX. He enjoyed being outdoors, listening to music and being a DJ. Auggie cherished every moment spent with his family. He also loved being on the open road riding his Harley Davidson. Auggie was a member of Trinity Life Church and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his father and one son: Jerry Valencia.

Auggie is survived by his wife: Idalia of the home; one son: Augustine Valencia III and wife Crystal of Plainview; one daughter: Ruby Valencia of Plainview; three brothers: Abel and Paul Valencia and David Zamora; two sisters: Yolanda Gaitan and Lydia Santana.
