Anna Vasquez, 60 of Plainview, passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at her residence. A Funeral Service for Mrs. Vasquez will be at 2:00pm, Monday, January 27, 2025, at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park. A visitation will be held at 4:00pm until 8:00pm, with a Prayer Service at 6:00pm, Sunday, January 26, 2025. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview.

Anna was born on June 22, 1964, in Owatonna, Minnesota to Maria Soto Flores. She married Lucio Vasquez in Plainview, Texas on February 14, 1996.

Anna enjoyed arts and crafts, going out to eat, cooking and making tortillas. She loved spending time with her family, especially taking her grandchildren to McDonalds.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Soto Vega, three sisters, Felipa Flores, Anita Garza, and Virginia Flores, one brother, Felipe Flores, and niece, Cassandra Gonzales.

Anna is survived by her husband, Lucio Vasquez of Plainview; a son, Lucio Vasquez, Jr. of Plainview; two daughters, Nellie Marmolejo and Lucinda Garcia (Rafael) both of Plainview; four brothers, Marshall Flores, Tomas, Flores, Ramon Flores, and David Flores all of Plainview; three sisters, Carol Soliz, Rachel Rivera both of Plainview, and Ysabel Vasquez of Hollis, OK; her five grandchildren, Jayde Marmolejo, Rafael Torres, Roman Torres, Elisa Martinez and Emily Vasquez; two great-grandchildren, Aliza Luna, and Azazel Luna, and numerous nieces and nephews.
