Anna Ruiz, 53 of Dallas, Texas passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024, in Amarillo. A visitation/viewing will be from 10:00am until 1:00pm Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home.

Anna was born in Dallas, Texas to Rodolfo and Josefa Gutierrez on July 23, 1970. She loved arts and crafts; some would say she was "Martha Stewart crafty." Most important, she loved her children, Timothy, and Olivia.

Anna is survived by her husband, Anthony Ruiz, one son; Timothy Ruiz, one daughter; Olivia Ruiz, Mother; Josefa Gutierrez, one brother; Rodolfo Gutierrez Jr and wife April, one sister; Diana Rodriguez and father and mother-in-law, Josefina and Willie Lopez and several brothers and sisters-in-law as well as many nieces and nephews.

Anna is preceded in death by her father, Rodolfo Gutierrez Sr., maternal grandparents, Christopher and Filbertha Salazar; her paternal grandparents, Encarnation and Enriqueta Gutierrez.
