Andrea Deleon Martinez, 68 of Plainview, passed away on March 1, 2021. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm, Friday, March 12, 2021 at Lemons Memorial Chapel with Pastor Gilbert Rodriguez officiating. A viewing/visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home.

Andrea was born on November 13, 1952 in Plainview, Texas to Jose Villegas and Manuela Lopez (Gallardo) DeLeon. She loved to cook and bake, make her own recipes, read books, dance and joke with people.

Andrea is survived by two sons, Gilbert Rodriguez and Mark Anthony Rodriguez; two daughters, Lorina Rodriguez and Dolores Rodriguez; her mother, Manuela Martinez; two sisters, Sylvia Guzman and Guadalupe Soto; eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Martinez; one son, Manuel Rodriguez; three brothers, Nicho Martinez, Antonio Martinez, Jr., and Jose DeLeon, Jr.; and her stepfather, Antonio Martinez.
