Amada "Molly" Moya, 74 of Dimmitt, passed away on Thursday, October 23, 2025. Viewing for Ms. Moya will be held at Lemons Memorial Chapel on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm with a Holy Rosary recited at 6:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Plainview, at 10:00am, Saturday, November 15, 2025. Burial will follow in Castro Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Dimmitt , Texas. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview.

Molly was born on March 15, 1951, in Mertzon, Texas to Antonio Moya and Clara Sosa. She graduated from Dimmitt High School in 1969. Molly worked in the medical field as a CNA and also gained experience in construction and mechanics.

Molly had a deep love for dogs and cats, and she was always ready to care for any stray animal that crossed her path. She also enjoyed tending to her rose bushes and cooking.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Clara Moya.

Molly is survived by her brother, Christian Rodriguez of Dimmitt, Texas, and her cousin, Maria Reyes of Plainview.
