Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Plainview Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home.

Alvie was born on January 6, 1931 in Calvin, Oklahoma to Dude and Brutty (Bryer) Love. He married Ruby Burch and they were married for 54 years until her passing.

He was preceded in death by his wife; two sons, Wendell Ray Love and Kenneth Dale Petree and one brother Gerald Love.

Survivors include one brother, Elmer Love; half sister, Janet Leingang; one daughter, Judy Segura; three grandchildren, Shanna Trout, Rick Segura and Kenny Segura; nine great-grandchildren, Koldyn Segura, Hunter Smith, Dylan Segura, Sydnei Smith, Skylar Smith, McKinzy Segura, Riley Segura, Shyloh Smith and Kamdyn Segura.
