Alfredo Jimenez, 71 of Plainview, passed away on, Friday, January 15, 2021.  At the request of Mr. Jimenez, no services will be held.  Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home of Plainview.

Alfredo was born on January 4, 1950 to Alfredo and Bibiana Jimenez in San Angelo, TX.  He was a hard worker all his life and retired from Cargill in 2013.  Alfredo then returned to work for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for the last five years.  He enjoyed photography and was an avid hunter.  Alfredo was loved by many and will be missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory are two brothers: Jesse and Johnny Jimenez; one sister: Maria Jimenez and five nephews: Marcus, Julian, Rick, Johnny, and Jeremiah Jimenez; and one niece: Alisa Jimenez.
